Enjoy a complete getaway with our luxury package. The package is available from September 1, 2024, to December 19, 2024(departure), and the minimum stay is 2 nights.

The package includes:

Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner with non-alcoholic drinks included during meals.
Recreation and relaxation: Unlimited use of the Water Park and fitness center.
SPA experience: Unlimited use of the SPA center (adults only, 16+).
Wellness equipment: Towel and bathrobe provided in the wellness bag.
Children’s entertainment: Children’s animation at the pools, playroom, movie night, mini disco.
Spa savings: 10% discount on all services at the SPA & Wellness center.
Fitness activities: Exercises in the hotel pool led by a medical therapist (twice daily, Monday – Friday).
Free parking.

General Terms and Conditions:

Check-in/check-out: Check-in after 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Additional charges apply for late check-outs.
Guarantee deposit: For guests without a credit card, a deposit is required no later than 3 days after booking.
Prices: Include tourist tax and booking fees. The final settlement of services is done at the reception before departure.
Cancellation: Changes and cancellations are possible as per the terms listed in the cancellation policy.
Children: Guests aged 15 and older are considered adults and will be charged the full price.
Abuse: The hotel reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify a reservation in the case of abuse.

Cancellation Policy:

We hold the reservation until 8:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Cancellations online up to 6 days before arrival are free of charge.
Cancellations 6-2 days before arrival: 30% of the reservation amount.
Cancellations 1-0 days before arrival: 100% of the reservation amount.

Additional Information:

Minimum stay is 2 nights.
The tourist tax is €2 per person per day from April 1 to October 1; outside this period, it is €1.85. Insurance costs €0.50 per person per day.
